Its important that you provide us with as much information as possible, to ensure the fastest possible help. If its about creating/validating a feed, makes sure to get all the details and questions to us. If its about an existing feed causing problems, we would appreciate a couple of examples in form of products - otherwise it will be difficult to find the error among a lot of products.

Setting up a new feed is the solely responsibility of the shop and/or the developer hired by the shop. We cannot build the feed for you, only do our best to guide and validate along the way.
